Lucky Peach Espresso is crafted from the Jackson Red Bourbon variety, grown by Ben and Kristy Carlson of Long Miles Coffee Project in the Bukeye Commune, Muramvya Province, Burundi. The coffee undergoes a washed process with 12 hours of fermentation and a 6-hour rinse, followed by slow drying over 20 to 30 days on raised African beds. This meticulous processing results in a delicate yet juicy espresso, featuring floral notes, stone fruit, and sweet citrus flavors.
